    All ST Robots and controllers are shipped in special transit cases, engineer-designed
    to withstand rough handling and drops. The cases are made from polypropylene
    board, with aluminum frame, steel corners, steel hinges and lockable latches, lined
    with dual density foam. The robot is bolted to a panel at one end to protect against
    high G forces end on. See R12 case left. The K11R controller case has an additional
    compartment for storage of cables and accessories.
    The cases are normally returned and recycled and their cost is refunded.
    We use only Fedex international priority and are unable to use customers carrier
    except for Australia, New Zealand and China.
  • ST robots are available only to bona fide institutions and businesses and not to consumers.
  • ST endeavors to provide high quality support as well as providing an excellent product. Almost unlimited support is offered by telephone and email within the setting up period of the robot for the first user only. Support is also provided during the warranty period for any breakdown or apparent breakdown. Outside of that, in order to provide premium support, ST needs to recover the costs associated with knowledgeable advice and prompt resolution. As such, ST may need to charge to facilitate servicing your request.
