The ST Robotics R12 is a self-contained five or six axis vertically articulated robot arm is designed for bench top automation. The R12 can reach up to 500mm and deliver a payload up to 500g. The R12 hand terminates in a mounting plate that can accommodate any number of attachments including custom appliances, grippers and vacuum pickups.

R12 is a cost-effective automation option offering fast, accurate and reliable service capable of the most complex tasks. The R12 is a breakthrough in bench top robotics utilising high efficiency digital motors driven through steel reinforced polyurethane timing belts. Optional incremental optical encoders provide exceptional integrity as well as safety.
R12 is a professional tool made to industrial standards, machined from solid alloy and finished with aesthetic acrylic covers. The system is supplied complete with controller, all cables, connectors, software, comprehensive manuals, ready to unpack and use immediately.
The R12 incorporates a K11 controller ensuring the integration partnership of CPU and DSP micro-processors and compact micro-stepping drives. The proprietory ROBOFORTH II software gets you started easily allowing you to program the most complex motions, interfaces and peripherals.

Attachments & Accessories
P12 Pneumatic Gripper
The P12 pneumatic gripper is a parallel sliding gripper that uses air pressure to open and close the mechanism. The gripper comprises a pneumatic loop and single gripper with tapped holes for attachments.
V12 Vacuum Gripper
The V12 vacuum gripper comprises both suction cups and manifold in a single unit. Compact and light weight the V12 vacuum gripper is ideal for the R12 Robotic arm.
EG12 Electronic Gripper
The EG12 electronic gripper is a high precision DC powered linea parallel gripper with tapered holes on extended fingers to allow for complete customisation for the user.
TC12 Toolchanger
The TC12 Toolchanger option is exclusively for the R12 robotic arm and does not require any external power source to operate. Comprising of tow parts, the TC12-R robot side adaptor and the TC12-T tool side adaptor, the unit can accommodate any number of tool side adaptors.
